Return, Exchange, or Swap Policy
At Glam's Haven, we take pride in delivering high-quality products through rigorous quality control measures. However, if you receive a product with a defect, we're here to make it right. Simply send us pictures of the defective item within 48 hours of receiving your order, and we'll exchange it for you at no additional delivery cost.
Please Note:
We will not entertain any complaints regarding defects if reported after 48 hours of receiving your order.
Mishandling of products can result in damage, and we cannot accept responsibility for such cases.
Clothing Size and Bag Design
Before placing your order, ensure that you know your clothing size. We also offer a selection of bag designs and colors. Please choose carefully, as we cannot issue refunds for incorrect clothing sizes or bag designs. However, if the desired size or design is available, you can send the incorrect item to our office (delivery cost is on you), and we'll facilitate the exchange within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Payment and Availability
Prompt payment is appreciated. If payment is not made immediately upon receiving your bill, kindly reconfirm availability. Please note that we do not issue refunds for orders paid without confirming availability. Instead, the amount paid will be converted into store credit for you to select another design from our collection.
Late Delivery
In the event of a late delivery caused by a third-party service, Glam's Haven will not issue refunds for goods in transit.
Pickup and Stockpiling
Pickup during working hours is welcome. However, please be aware that stockpiling items is at the customer's risk, and we cannot facilitate exchanges or refunds for stockpiled items.
